• Here are Quotas for European Mahjong Championship and all great events like WMC
• These Quotas are automatically published in the same time of ranking updating. Thus, throughout the year, each country can see a simulation of the quotas which it will have in the next event.

Quotas

Total number of seats : 100

Number of seats for NO EMA or invited players : 16

• Note that number of seats is set by EMA and organizers.
• Total = 17 : 8 for Japan, 8 for RoW (Korea, USA, China, ...) and 1 for the best EMA player of last Riichi EC
• Interested players should submit an expression of interest (to EMA or to the organizers who inform EMA). If fewer than 17 are interested, seats are redistributed in the EMA quota.
• Redistribution system : On May 8th 2013 = Only 16 players = 1 seat to EMA players

• Note that number of seats is set by EMA and organizers.
• Only EMA members are featured on the ranking list. See EMA member organizations

• Official Quotas are based on the ranking list of Friday, March 01, 2013
• Redistribution system : On May 8th 2013 = +1 seat from no EMA and 1 cancellation from Denmark
• Redistribution system : On May 10th 2013 = Portugal, Ukraine, Austria, Germany
